        • Handmade tinplate steel cake cutting rings can be used to cut your cakes down to a smaller size or to remove your cake edge to ganache.
        • Baked the wrong size cake?  No problem just use the cake rings to get to the desired size.  
        • Actual size of the ring is ½” less than the standard sizing to allow for ganache or buttercream coatings.  
        • This ring is approx 7.5inches/19cm in diameter.
        • Wash with warm soapy water and dry in the oven to remove any water in joins
