You will learn:

How to torte and ganache a beautiful 6 inch chocolate mud cake in preparation to cover with fondant icing. You will cover your cake with ganache as part of this workshop.

How to handle, roll out and then cover your ganached cake in fondant mastering the process of achieving a smooth finish.

How to colour up fondant for your bow using a colour of your choice.
- How to model a beautiful bow out of fondant and adorn your cake.
- Lustre your bow and add sprinkles or pearls using your own creativity!
You will take home your completed beautifully decorated cake! Boxed ready for giving or sharing!
