Rolkem Duster BRILLIANT BLUE
- Approved food colouring/ edible semi-concentrated duster and mixer.
- Dry-dust over finished edible surfaces. It can also be mixed into paste to get a softer shade of the original colour.
- Mix with fondant, modeling paste, pastalage, royal icing, butter icing, cocoa butter, ethanol, and with Rolkem Quick Dry Essence.
- Water-soluble.
- Can be used either as a duster, or a colour.
- Can be mixed directly into chocolate in its powder form without diluting it first
