• Roll out a thin strip of fondant the approximate vertical width of the tappit


• Press the letter (tappit) that you desire onto the fondant and move around on your work mat to achieve a clean cut


• Tappit out the fondant letter and apply to your cake with a very small amount of fondant


• Each letter measures approximately 2.5cm - 4cm
