FONDANT, GANACHE & WAFER WORKSHOP | 2 WEEKS THURSDAY 3 OCTOBER & 10 OCTOBER | 6:30pm| CASTLE HILL

In this workshop you will learn:

Fundamentals of torteing and safely stacking two cakes. 

Ganaching your cake to achieve sharp edges

Covering your cake in fondant - you can choose your colour from our range of Fondtastic Premiun Fondants

Basic wafer paper shapes and how they achieved and what can be done with wafer paper.

Decorate your cake with the wafer paper shapes

Also along the way you will have a fabulous time learning from Kylie Richards with all of her amazing tips and tricks!
