Directions: Blend 1kg Bakels Fruit Cake Mix, 300g eggs, 500g water, on slow speed for 1min, scrape down sides. Blend on medium speed 3 minutes. Add 1.5kg dried fruit, blend on low speed for approx 2 min. Put into a paper lined cake tin and bake at 150 C-130 C Fan forced until skewer comes out clean when inserted into the centre.
